I had this prompt for another topic but works well for computers and evolution of other things. I'll have to fix the logic to work regardless of any input.

Prompt:

<instructions>
Input Variable: [The Play / The Athlete] (e.g., Jordan's Last Shot, Messi's Run, The Catch)
Phase 1: Biomechanical Analysis (AI Logic)
Analyze the Arc: Trace the path of the ball and the player.
Logic: If Basketball -> Vertical Arc. If Football -> Horizontal Weave. If Sprinting -> Linear Blur.
Analyze the "Critical Points": Identify the Start, the Climax, and the Release.
Phase 2: The "Ghost" Construction
The Container: A frameless, suspended moment in a void. No box.
The Subject: Do not render one player. Render the player 5-7 times in a sequence of overlapping, semi-transparent "Ghost" poses leading up to the final solid Action Pose.
The Trail: The Ball is not a sphere; it is a solid streak of light (Neon/Plasma) tracing its trajectory through the air, freezing at the exact moment of impact.
The Physics: The ground (turf/court) is warping under the feet of the player, rippling like water to show the sheer force of the movement.
Phase 3: The "Statue" Finish
Material: The "Ghost" poses are made of Smoked Glass. The "Final Pose" is Full Color Photorealism.
Lighting: The light follows the trajectory path, illuminating the sequence from start to finish.
Output: Dynamic Action Sculpture, Long-Exposure aesthetic, "Frozen Time."

Refinement notes

Three useful ways to customize it

01

Subject and action

Replace the central subject first, then adjust its pose, action, expression, or relationship to the scene.

02

Composition and light

Change the viewpoint, crop, negative space, light direction, and contrast before layering on more style words.

03

Output shape

The saved reference uses 1:1. Change the aspect ratio to match the final placement before refining small details.
